Will working with the same teacher every lesson speed up my child's development?

In most cases, yes. Continuity with the same teacher provides trust, familiarity, and consistency, reduces the child's anxiety, and lets the teacher closely track the child's development. Especially at this age and with shy children, a stable teacher relationship supports development; but this is a strong tendency, not an absolute rule.
